This agricultural dry stone field wall in Tetbury, Gloucestershire was bulging, with one side about to collapse onto the path.
We carefully took down the wall, sorting the stone to be re-used. We set up ‘A-frames’ to ensure we were following the batter (angle) of the existing wall.
We then started to re-build the wall re-using all of the old stone.
The section was finished with a coping to match the existing dry stone wall.
If you have a dry stone walling project you would like to discuss then we would love to hear from you.
